If you need or want to talk to someone about how you are feeling immediately, we have listed the free crisis support services available to you in Surrey.
Surrey Safe Havens
The Surrey Safe Havens offer out-of-hours support and a safe, friendly space for adults.
Support can be received out of hours, in person or online, 365 days a year (including weekends and bank holidays).
